Shop Policies

** SHIPPING POLICY **

Standard turn around time period is 15 working days (excludes weekends and bank holidays) Also may be longer during busy periods. 

All orders outside of the UK will be sent digitally (via email)  

** MY ITEM HASNT ARRIVED**

• If your item was sent and hasn't arrived after 1 week there is nothing I can personally do, I will show you proof of the date and postage. All orders are posted 1st class which Royal Mail state arrives the next working day (1 day). 


• HOWEVER all labels have a return address so if they make their way back to me I can then issue you a refund, until I receive the parcel as a return I cannot do anything.


**ORDER MISTAKES**

• If your item has any mistakes please check your order confirmation as I follow the spellings and details of your description. (If I have a concern I will usually message to confirm) but if this is a fault of your own I am not liable to send a replacement nor a refund. 

However if the spelling or item is not correct in some way and this is a fault of my own (im only human) i will offer you a replacement or a refund (please note the refund will depend on the severity of the item). 
Please note this is only accountable for up to 7 days after the item is dispatched and I will require photo proof. 

 

**DAMAGED PRODUCTS**

• All products / orders are in excellent condition when leaving me, if unfortunately items get damaged in transit I can send out replacements digitally and on severe occasions through the post.

**CANCELLING YOUR ORDER**

Please note: If you have ordered from me and decide you now want a refund or to cancel your order you will not be given the full refund as refunding orders causes a charge for myself. The charge will be minimal and you will receive most of your money back.

PLEASE READ THERE IS A 15 WORKING DAY TURN AROUND TIME. If you want to cancel your order because you didn't read my turn around period, your order will likely NOT be cancelled, due to my turn around time being clear. It is important to read this before ordering  

**WHAT HAPPENS IF I DONT LIKE MY PRINT?* *

Hopefully this never happens, however if it does and you don't like your print with me using the details you provided there is nothing I can do as each print takes me time as everything is completely personalised. I can however offer a discount rate for you to order again being more specific or using more details. (This is why I ask for as many details as possible)
